Sèphera was born in New Orleans. When she was five, her family moved to London, Ontario where she lived until she attended York University in Toronto. After she received her BA, she had two sons with her filmmaker husband and she launched her professional writing career. When she and her husband divorced, Sèphera took many courses that resulted in her receiving certificates in tarot counselling, touch for health and reiki. After Sèphera turned forty, she met her second husband when he came to her for a tarot reading. They were married in May 2008 in a gothic-style wedding. Sèphera has written several horror and erotica novels as well as nonfiction. The Sextrology Series is the culmination of Sèphera's interests all combined into one big, juicy, erotic dark fantasy.

While we like to dress in costume to add flair, fun, and magic to your event, we are not actors and do deliver accurate and enjoyable readings to your guests. These pictures will give you an idea of how we look so you can get comfortable with us; however, our in-person energy tends to sparkle more with warmth, care, and happiness because it's often hard to see in a photo or video spot. Astrology

Did you know there were more than eight different astrologies like Chinese, Western, Arabic, Vedic, and Celtic? Astrology is most used in an event setting as a tool to analyze character and personality traits, advising on suitable careers, and best love matches just by knowing a guest's zodiac sun sign. However, some readers are able to either print up a full report or use a computer to delve more deeply into the area of guest interest. TOP

Cartomancy

Cartomancy is similar to Tarot in that a) it uses cards and b) it's the minor or 56 card section of the Tarot. When someone thinks of a Fortune Teller this is one of the tools that comes to mind of an old Gypsy lady reading the future. Cartomancy usually uses a normal playing deck with the symbols of hearts, diamonds, clubs, and spades; numbers, three court cards, and a Joker. There are no pictures on the cards except for the Joker. TOP

Crystal Ball / Skrying

Skrying can use anything that reflects. What's interesting about skrying though is that the reader is bypassing the reflection and manifesting a cloudy or swirly substance out of which symbols and pictures arise to be interpreted. Examples of skrying tools are crystal balls, mirrors, a bowl of water and ink, or a glass. Psychics often use this tool for focusing their sense. TOP

The word or term Psychic is both an umbrella word for Psychics, Intuitives, Fortune tellers, Sooth-sayers, Seers, Diviners, Oracles, Gypsies Mystics, Spiritualists, Mediums, as well as by the tool a reader may use: Astrologist, Cartomancer, Coffee Grounds Reader, Crystal Ball Reader, Face Reader, Handwriting Analyst, Numerologist, Palm Reader, Tarot Reader, Tea Leaf Reader. However, Psychic also means (and perhaps is reflective of the most accurate use of the term) the abiltiy to use a normal sense to a heightened degree and in unusual ways.

Sight = Clairvoyance, Feeling/Touch = Clairsentience, Hearing = Clairaudient, Knowing = Claircognizance, Tasting = Clairgustance, and Smelling = Clairalience.

The Tarot is a collection of cards which contain an allegory / story of life milestones, mystical experience, archetypes, and more. Some Tarot decks have picture stories on all cards while others only have symbols similar to playing cards. In fact, many say that Tarot originates from games that used a playing deck. Tarot has it's physical origins and/or popularity in the Renaissance period (1400-1500's) and it re-emerged in popularity in the late 1800's and into the 1900's. Tarot is still wildly popular in the modern person's mind. When someone thinks of a Fortune Teller this is one of the tools that comes to mind of an old Gypsy lady reading the future.
